“We are here to make a better world. No amount of rationalization or blaming can preempt the moment of choice each of us brings to our situation here on this planet. The lesson of the 60s is that people who cared enough to do right could change history.”
Our behaviors and actions in our own day to day lives are just as meaningful and truly important as those of a person striving to change the United States. We all have the option to be kind, caring, and to do good for others and ourselves every day we live…and the small efforts we make daily have an effect just as the larger ones do.
The quest to be peaceful and loving and happy is a strong association with hippies, and love beads were, as well!
