This ring allows you to select a center stone, then three stones around it. The center can be a rose cut diamond, opal, moonstone, turquoise, ruby, sapphire, or emerald. The gems around are a bountiful selection of diamonds and gemstones! I recommend selecting birthstones of those you love or your favorite hues!
