I am inspired by a variety of wonderful things when creating new pieces. Flowers, colors, sunshine, artwork, nature, people who surround me…I never know what will “hit” me and serve as my muse! Music is always and forever a constant source of powerful creative stimulation. Normally, I take in music through my radio, ipod, or an occassional concert, though last night it was through a fictional romantic comedy!
“Music and Lyrics” is a sweet film about a washed up singer who’s offered a comeback when enlisted to write a song for a hot, young pop star. Gifted with melodies, yet stifled with lyrics, he finds help from a quirky, sensitive, and poetic woman he randomly meets. As they write the music and lyrics together, they…get ready…fall in love!

Anyways, music is such a pleasurable part of life! I love the guitar pieces in my collection and decided to amp up the guitar ring with round cabochon turquoise stones. I hope you like it!
