I strive to always be someone who appreciates the life I live. In this economic climate it’s hard to focus on the great and beautiful things that surround us every day. People often discuss fears, choices, losses, and regrets. It’s easy to “go there,” however I think it’s essential to focus our minds on the positive aspects of life.
I’ve taken yoga classes in recent weeks and one major part of class is deep breathing. Inhaling and exhaling. When I do the breaths, I imagine that I’m breathing in happy thoughts and also exhaling my own positive feelings into the room!
My jewelry is a strong expression of my happiness. The charms are intended to make someone smile. They are tangible examples of my exhaled happiness. 🙂 I hope wearing them gives you strength and symbolizes something you love and reminds you to look forward to every day!
