Billy Joel sang those words in the song “Vienna.” It’s important to do as he says. I find it soothing to tune out a bit and take time to think, evaluate, and realize goals for the upcoming year!
My hopes for 2009 reach beyond my normal prayers for my family, friends, and myself. I hope our world finds the peace, prosperity, and hopefulness that it so needs. I’ve tried to incorporate the peace sign into many of my designs, and I’d like to believe peace will be not only a decorative element in 2009, but also a part of our reality.
