Hope you’re enjoying the newly chillier weather! I love Fall in New York City. The leaves turn color and, to me, they are a symbol for new beginnings: a fresh season and a fresh start. We go from bathing suits to coats, flip flops to gloves, iced teas to warm cider…things definitely change and it is a good time to embrace new habits, better habits, and a happy outlook.
