I find a lot of inspiration from my former home of Manhattan. I also find great inspiration from my children. We love enjoying delicious treats when we visit our favorite New York City neighborhoods, and one of the most iconic, nostalgic NYC treats is the black and white cookie. While I love cookies in many forms, I wanted to make this specific dessert into something precious.
This is an incredibly sparkly cookie. The cookie is set with twelve 1.2mm black diamonds as the “chocolate frosting” (the fudge is my favorite part!) and twelve 1.2mm white diamonds as the “vanilla frosting.” The back of the cookie has a beautiful, high polished curved shape just like homemade black and whites. This charm is available in 14 karat yellow, pink, or white gold, or sterling silver.
