Payment

We accept VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and MASTERCARD through our secure payment gateway.

Return Policy

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend that you confirm sizing for rings or any other pieces prior to placing your online order.

Repairs

Quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. We carefully inspect each piece before shipping. If you should experience the need for repair on any Elisa Solomon Jewelry please email us at elisa@elisasolomon.com.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any repairs, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for the retail value of the returned item. Repairs are subject to a fee.

Order Time

As most our pieces are handmade to order, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to ship. Certain customized pieces may take longer to ship. We will email you with an estimated delivery time when we receive your order.

Shipping

All US orders are shipped insured via the United States Postal Service.  Items over $500 require signature for delivery.

Shipping fees per order are as follows:

  • First Class: $12.00
  • Priority: $16.00
  • Express Overnight: $30.00

All international orders are shipped insured via the United States Postal Service based on the shipping restrictions for particular countries. The destination country may impose import taxes, customs duties and other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Taxes

All orders that have a New Jersey billing address are subject to a 6.875% sales tax. This sales tax, if applicable, will be added to the cost of your order during checkout.

Sizing

For rings, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to have your finger properly sized. If you would like an alternate length on your bracelet or necklace chain, or you would like a ring in a size not listed on our site, please email us at elisa@elisasolomon.com before ordering. The bracelets and necklaces are subject to an additional fee if you would like a longer chain. The rings are subject to an additional fee if you would like a size larger than 8.

Jewelry Care

As our pieces are delicate in nature, they should be treated accordingly. Pieces with stones should be protected from impact or bending, which could cause the gems to pop out of their settings if shifted in any way. Pieces with gemstones should be removed from the body when showering, swimming, cleaning, and doing rough handwork. Gemstone jewelry should not be cleaned with an ultrasonic machine, as this may cause the stones to become brittle or crack. We recommend using a polishing cloth on our sterling silver jewelry. We recommend a gentle toothbrush soaked in soapy water to lightly clean the diamonds in our jewelry.
